When Maggie Sexton decided to start her own vacation rental company after 25 years in the industry, she knew there was no one she’d rather build it with than Natalia Holshouser. Working together at a previous company, Maggie had never meshed so well with someone. With Maggie in the front of the house and Natalia in the back of the house, they knew they would do great things together.

In 2021, this dream team started Coastal Carolina Vacations from the ground up. Two years later, they’re managing over 80 homes on the Outer Banks with intentional growth that ensures they never compromise exceptional customer service. The pair is incredibly passionate about sharing the area with homeowners and guests alike. For Maggie, whose family was born and raised on the Outer Banks going back generations, and Natalia, who has lived on the islands for fifteen years, there’s no place like home.

They provide in-house pool and spa services, answer maintenance calls, notify guests about checking in early, boast super-fast response time, and simply go above and beyond to ensure stays are 100% satisfactory. When they’re not at the office, you’ll find Maggie and Natalia spending time with family, enjoying fresh seafood, searching for sea glass, and watching the sun rise and set over the water in a place where the sky changes colors each season.
