Growing up in Salisbury, Lance was lucky enough to enjoy the beaches of Ocean City, Assateague, and Chincoteague as part of his daily life. He’s spent nearly thirty years in hospitality and property management, and has worked on the Eastern Shore since 1998.
Elaine also grew up vacationing on the Eastern Shore and loved it so much that she decided to make it home. She uses her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and customer service to provide a high level of service and attention to detail.
When they’re not providing exceptional personal service to homeowners and guests, you can find Lance and Elaine out on the water with their family, boating, fishing, clamming, and taking advantage of all the Eastern Shore has to offer.
