Killington Vacation Rentals
In Fred’s collection of Killington homes, you’ll find everything from an inviting mountainside condo to a charming farmhouse on ten private acres. Strap on your skis and glide right onto the slopes, choose a prime location near the gondola and golf course with a convenient free shuttle to the lifts and into town for apres ski dining and entertainment, or gather in a spacious home on a private wooded lot with serene views – the choice is yours.
In condo communities, you’ll enjoy incredible on-site amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, fitness centers, and on-site restaurants. When you stay in a private home, you won’t want for anything either – with game tables, hot tubs, and fire pits on acres of tranquil landscape.
After days filled with adventure, you’ll love the perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy touches inside these warm and inviting homes. Open living spaces welcome guests with features like soaring ceilings, stone fireplaces, vintage barn timber beams, wide-plank pine flooring with radiant heating, woodsy decor, comfortable furnishings, and large windows showcasing picturesque views.
Gather in modern kitchens and open dining areas, where you’ll find unique designs like olive green cabinetry and open wood shelving. Unwind on expansive wrap-around decks, private balconies, and heated sunrooms with abundant sunlight. Enjoy views of the slopes, apple orchards, or private ponds. No matter which type of accommodation you select, you’ll have an experience that’s uniquely Vermont.

About Fred Cercena
Originally from New York, Fred Cercena grew up vacationing and skiing in Vermont. When his in-laws bought a property there, he was excited to spend more time in the area he loved so much. In 2008, Fred and his wife also bought a vacation home in the Killington area and began renting it out. Using his extensive background in marketing, Fred immediately built a website, posted high-quality photos, and made his venture a success.
