Mountain biking and wake surfing at Sand Hollow ReservoirStarting as a personal assistant to one of the owners of Red Rock Companies in 2015, Ryan Graves is the epitome of hard work and perseverance paying off. Over five years, Ryan worked his way through the company from personal assistant to Vacation Rental Director, all while pursuing his undergraduate and Master’s degrees.
When he first began working full-time for Red Rock, they managed around 50 vacation rentals and 180 doors in long-term rentals. As an accountant, Ryan learned from the back end, working with tenants and guests through the entire experience from the ground up. When he began focusing more on vacation rentals, he realized that he loved making that big once-a-year vacation unforgettable for guests and navigating the intricacies for owners.
Within the first two years of his role as Director, Red Rock Vacation Rentals had added 122 new properties, the completely organic growth a testament to the quality of the service they provide. While the exponential growth would be intense by anyone’s standards, Ryan describes it as exciting and thrives in his role, maintaining that same desire to make every detail of the vacation experience exceptional no matter how many homes they manage.
Today, Red Rock manages 300 vacation rentals and 700 long-term rentals in southern Utah, providing incredible customer service to both homeowners and guests, with a response time under 5 minutes – definitely not something every property management company can boast. Ryan and his team go above and beyond every day to deliver an experience that matches the beautiful, high-end luxury homes they manage.
