Boating, fishing, pool, and beach time with family and friendsOriginally from Ireland, Gerry Dallas began his hospitality career there, followed by London and China with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Eventually, Gerry’s experience landed him in the tropical paradise of Turks and Caicos, where he was part of the re-opening team at two luxury resorts. Gerry would ultimately use his vast experience in hotels and resorts to develop the premier vacation rental company in Turks and Caicos.
When Gerry was approached by his now business partners, TDMG, a leading construction company in the islands for more than thirty years, it was the beginning of something great. Well-established in building and development, the company was excited to delve into the luxury vacation rental market. With his extensive background in luxury hospitality, Gerry was the perfect partner.
While TKCA’s portfolio started small, they’ve grown rapidly through property developments and new clients seeking them out based on their stellar performance and reputation. TKCA currently manages 30 short-term rentals, 12 long-term rentals, and 6 private-use villas.
Gerry’s team prides themselves on professionalism, great work ethic, and care. As they grow the company, they do so without compromise, delivering the same service excellence to all of their clients and guests.
