At the time, most vacation rental managers were realtors who didn’t focus on it full-time. Missy and Tom saw a need for a more focused and attentive approach. Missy’s experience in hospitality and Tom’s entrepreneurial background were a magical combination.
After their wedding in 2008, Missy and Tom officially launched Stowe Resort Homes. Beginning with three homes, and despite the market crash shortly after, Stowe Resort Homes grew organically through word of mouth. From the very beginning, their small but mighty team demonstrated an unmatched level of service, availability, and hospitality that drew both homeowners and guests.
Not every property management company will personalize each stay to make it special and unique, but Missy and Tom will. They are so dedicated to creating an amazing homeowner and guest experience that they have been known to personally greet guests, hustle to find a new fridge on Christmas, and even clean homes themselves when needed.
In Stowe, Missy and Tom are known for their love of their community, the kind of people who know everyone’s name and tout the Vermont lifestyle with high-end amenities that you can only find in Stowe. Missy and Tom now manage over four dozen luxury vacation homes and provide personalized home management services, but when they’re not in the office or visiting homes, you’ll find them on the slopes.
Located in Northern Vermont, Stowe is known for its small-town charm, breathtaking scenery, and endless outdoor recreation. Stowe is often touted as the best alpine ski destination on the East Coast, but it doesn’t end on the slopes.
