As the Operations Manager of Snowmass Vacations, Erica excels at her role – from guest requests and check-ins to dealing with maintenance issues and HOAs.
Erica’s favorite part of her position is guest services. In the role of concierge, she loves helping guests discover ways to enjoy Aspen and Snowmass, giving personal recommendations based on her love for the area, and guiding them toward an amazing experience.
But she doesn’t do it alone. Erica takes great pride in her team, which she feels sets Snowmass Vacations apart from the rest. With a small guest-oriented team managing 34 short-term rentals, Snowmass Vacations is able to exceed expectations in working with guests and owners, providing a boutique experience that earns them excellent reviews.
From ski-in/ski-out condos to grand homes with mountain views, Erica and her team are dedicated to servicing their guests and homeowners in the best manner possible, making sure that everyone has a seamless and unforgettable experience.
