Skiing, ice skating, curling, fly fishing, golfingAdam Farr was working at a hotel in Spokane, Washington when someone called looking for a valet manager. Before he knew it, he was driving to Big Sky, Montana to work at the exclusive Yellowstone Club, and less than one year later, he had transitioned into property management. Adam spent eleven years there, overseeing the Property Management, Rental Home Program, and Housekeeping departments for an impressive collection of over 325 luxury homes, including 145 vacation rentals.
But Adam had always fostered an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to start his own business. In 2019, Adam decided to pursue his dream and founded his own property management company. He used the wealth of knowledge and experience he gained during his years at the Yellowstone Club to build Ascend Properties. Their mission? To be the premier rental home and property management company in Big Sky.
And Adam strives to uphold that mission every day, working tirelessly to provide exceptional customer service along with his team of all full-time year-round employees – something that most other property management companies can’t say they have. Adam’s team is extremely responsive, with someone always answering the phone at all hours. Starting with just one home, Adam and his team have built an incredible company from the ground up, growing organically to 65 properties.
When you speak with Adam, his love for Big Sky comes through immediately, as well as a deep level of expertise when it comes to hospitality and the community he loves. When he’s not working, you’ll find Adam raising his family with his wife and business partner, Hannah, coaching high school football, and enjoying the endless outdoor adventures in Big Sky.
