About Valerie Gangas
Growing up in her father’s restaurants, Valerie Gangas learned the ins and outs of the industry from a young age. But despite loving and working in the restaurant business, she had always held a secret desire – to own a hotel. Her connection to hotels came from her parents as well, who’d order her a Shirley Temple in an upscale hotel piano bar and dance the night away in each other’s arms. Enchanted by their love story, Valerie dreamed of owning a hotel and recreating those special moments for guests.
