Visit Winter Park Lodging

In Brian’s collection, you’ll find mountain modern condos nestled in the heart of downtown Winter Park, expansive mountainside chalets with the luxury of a ski-in/ski-out location, and grand single-family homes offering both tranquility and accessibility. Whether you want to be right at the base of the ski resort, in the center of town, or tucked away from it all, you’ll find the perfect Winter Park vacation rental with Visit Winter Park Lodging.

If you want to be part of the action, stay within walking distance of Winter Park’s restaurants and activities, directly on the free shuttle route, or steps from the 10-person gondola at the base of the resort. Cozy open living spaces with vaulted ceilings and stacked stone gas fireplaces showcase picturesque mountain views and offer ample seating on plush leather sofas. Balconies with Adirondack chairs and communal hot tubs make the perfect place to relax.

Or choose a sprawling estate just minutes from downtown. Park your car in a heated garage, gather around a wood-burning fire pit on the patio, cozy up in professionally decorated spaces, and unwind in a private hot tub while enjoying the fresh mountain air. Spacious and comfy bedrooms with mountain decor and clean, modern bathrooms are designed with rest and relaxation in mind.

In whichever type of accommodation you choose, you can expect lots of extras that make for luxury mountain living – like gourmet kitchens, double-sided gas fireplaces, radiant in-floor heating, private hot tubs, heated garages, huge picture windows, decks with outdoor dining, multiple Smart TVs, cozy fire pits, and views upon views of beautiful Winter Park.

Born and raised in Winter Park, Brian Moore is a local at heart. After earning his business degree in Fort Collins and two years working in a hotel in Vail, Brian jumped at the opportunity to return to his hometown to work at a vacation rental company. After seven years helping to build a start-up that was ultimately sold to a nationwide company, he was ready to start again with a smaller, local brand. As General Manager of Visit Winter Park Lodging, Brian is doing just that.

Because of their smaller portfolio of homes, Brian’s team is able to really hone in on guest and owner relationships. With a motto that a happy guest is the only guest to have, they go out of their way to help each guest have a stellar stay. Any opportunity to do the little extras that enhance the experience – like leaving gifts for guests, personal pre-arrival calls, or same-day inspection on arrival day – they’re on it.

Brian’s small local team is well-established, with a wealth of knowledge of the area’s recreational activities and restaurants, and is happy to share their expertise with guests so they can enjoy Winter Park. With a main office located right in the heart of Fraser, they encourage guests to stop by and visit.

As they grow, Visit Winter Park makes it a priority to maintain the local feel and personalized service that you won’t find just anywhere. They’re proud to be Colorado-owned and operated, with a Winter Park native at the helm. When he’s not working, you’ll find Brian on the mountain – whether on the main trails or exploring the backcountry.
