Travis is credited for restoring a sense of community in Charlottesville, earning the moniker "the mayor of C'ville" through the creation of Charlottesville Insider—a multifaceted destination marketing and visitor engagement platform. He has also overseen ventures such as Rockfish Ranch, Old Metropolitan Hall, and Monticello Wine Tour & Coach Company, reflecting his broad impact on tourism and regional development.

Andrew Woodard brings over 14 years of expertise in custom web application development to the team, specializing in building dynamic, interactive platforms that showcase the best vacation rentals in the industry. He manages the full lifecycle of web app projects—from concept and requirements gathering to building robust, user-focused interfaces and integrating third-party platforms. His technical expertise combines the latest front-end and back-end technologies to deliver scalable, responsive web applications that enhance user engagement and drive business growth.

Paige brings more than five years of experience in marketing, business development, and customer experience, with a passion for connecting exceptional brands with the people who value them most. Throughout her career, she has worked across healthcare, senior living, and hospitality, combining data-driven strategy with thoughtful storytelling to create meaningful customer journeys. Whether she's developing high-performing email campaigns, optimizing digital experiences, or building partnerships that fuel long-term growth, Paige believes the best marketing begins with understanding people first. As the Sales & Marketing Director at The 100 Collection™, Paige helps expand one of the nation's most curated luxury vacation rental networks. She collaborates with premier vacation rental companies to showcase extraordinary homes, strengthen partner relationships, and elevate the visibility of destinations through strategic marketing, content, SEO, and guest engagement. Her goal is simple: connect discerning travelers with remarkable stays while helping the industry's best property managers grow their businesses through direct bookings.

As Brand Director of The 100 Collection™, Buck Cumbo leads creative vision, brand identity, and strategic storytelling across all partner markets. He ensures every touchpoint reflects the collection's elevated standards and hospitality-first ethos, helping partners stand out in an increasingly competitive landscape. A serial entrepreneur with a strong creative background, Buck founded Sea Mountain Vacations, a fast-growing property management company overseeing $50M+ in assets. He also co-founded a digital marketing agency and production studio, producing campaigns and hosting shoots for major clients including Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Johnny Cash Estate, Shaun White, Nicole Kidman, Reese Witherspoon, and other A-list artists. Buck blends premium aesthetics with data-driven strategy to strengthen brand consistency, partner alignment, and guest trust.

Before joining The 100 Collection™ in 2022, Mindy had spent 15 years in the government contracting and 10 years in the commercial business worlds in various accounting and client support roles. Her past projects have included managing the functionality and implementation of a budgeting software system for the Air Force and managing the accounting for the business and reality show, ToyMakerz™. She brings experience in program management, accounting, budgeting, client interfacing, software implementation, large scale training and help desk support to her role in managing the accounting, invoicing and partner support role with The 100 Collection™. Mindy holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Marymount University.
