Spend time outside golfing, fishing, taking dogs to the river, and enjoying the year-round beautiful weatherWorking together at another property management company in the Myrtle Beach area, Sherry Gustafson and Betty Robey decided they could do it better. The pair created a business plan at Betty's kitchen counter and decided what they wanted their company to be. Just three months later they moved into their own office space and started Saltwater Grande. Since 2019, Saltwater Grande has grown from four properties to nearly 40 high-end, luxury vacation rentals along the Grand Strand coast of South Carolina.
But Saltwater Grande is more than just vacation rentals – it’s a family of companies that considers every aspect of business, from a full-service real estate brokerage and long-term property management to interior design services geared toward creating maximum impact for investment properties.
With Betty’s more than 20 years of experience in financial management, real estate sales, and vacation rental property management and Sherry’s more than 15 years of customer service experience in vacation rentals and property management, Saltwater Grande’s goal is to create high-quality vacation experiences through incredible customer service and state-of-the-art luxury accommodations.
