Suches & Blairsville Vacation Rentals
Nestled in the North Georgia mountains, Joni’s collection includes everything from sweet cottages in charming towns to expansive cabins perched in the mountains and elegant homes set lakeside or at the river’s edge. Rustic elegance and modern creature comforts perfectly blend to offer a feeling of tranquility and contentment that you can only feel when immersed in nature.
When you stay with SVR Properties, you’ll alternate adventure-filled days exploring charming towns, rolling vineyards, rushing rivers, and sprawling state parks with moments of ease as you relax on covered porches and enjoy panoramic mountain views. Sip your coffee on a porch rocker, unwind in a brand-new hot tub, indulge in a glass of wine by the fire table, or gather around a fire pit just steps from the river.
Inside, high-end finishes enhance the rustic elegance of cabins whose floors are knotty pine and whose stacked stone walls meet vaulted ceilings. Huge walls of windows in A-frame living spaces showcase mountain vistas while you’re relaxing on plush furnishings by the fire. Handpicked stone and wood materials, repurposed antique design pieces, and handcrafted log furnishings lend an organic flow to each space.
But these homes are anything but the rustic cabins you might first envision when thinking of a mountain home. You’ll find all the modern amenities you could want to enhance your stay – entertainment rooms with pool tables and gaming consoles, large Smart TVs and high-speed WiFi, bunk rooms with kids’ games, Sonos sound systems, custom lighting, and huge mountain view hot tubs.

About Joni Lee
In Union County, Georgia, where many cabins are far from one another and from town, it can be hard for both guests and owners of vacation rental properties to find high-quality service. Enter Joni Lee. After twenty years of church leadership and homeschooling her four children, Joni found herself searching for a new direction. When her sister suggested she rent a few rooms in her house on Airbnb, a business was born.
