Tom Goodwin didn’t grow up frequenting Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and he didn’t originally intend to work in the hospitality industry. However, when he met his future wife, Susan, who was born and raised in Gatlinburg, everything changed. Susan’s parents were pioneers in the community’s vacation rental management industry.
