Our ALL NEW BESTNEST/Luxe property at 14 North Live Oak, Sea Pines, showcases the concept beautifully-- this is a casually chic, and gracious home, new construction 2023, resplendent with inviting indoor and outdoor spaces. This property requires a minimum 7-night stay in summer, with Saturday arrivals and departures. Easter/Heritage week requires a 7-night stay with flexible arrival and departure days, and 4-night minimum in other seasons.
