Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex steps away from Folly Beach’s shops and restaurants, offering 2 pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and spectacular vistas. The pools are open seasonally, providing a perfect spot to soak in the coastal breeze and enjoy the Carolina sun. Parking is limited to two spaces per villa, with additional passes available for purchase based on availability. Guests booking for 4-14 nights qualify for a $250 credit towards beach gear rentals. Please note that some construction projects may be ongoing from October to March, potentially causing noise for neighboring condos, while starting in fall 2024, a project to replace oceanfront sliding doors will commence, with scaffolding and associated noise present during this time.
