This may impact parking availability, one elevator, and one pool. The villa known as "Flamingo Sunset" is a charming 4 bedroom/3 bath unit located on the first floor, providing quick pool and beach access. The interior features a modern nautical design, with ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, and living room, which opens onto a private balcony. The bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, with the master bedroom facing the ocean. The villa boasts a convenient location overlooking the beach and inlet at Folly Beach, just a short distance from downtown Charleston.

Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated complex with two oceanfront pools, two elevators, and private covered parking. Guests can enjoy the seasonal pools from April to October, weather permitting. However, guests should note that pool temperatures are subject to external conditions. The property management is responsible for pool and elevator maintenance and may periodically close these facilities for upkeep. Parking is limited to two spaces per villa with additional passes available for purchase based on availability. For added convenience, guests can receive a credit towards beach gear rentals through a partnership with VayK Gear. As a licensed vacation rental with the City of Folly Beach, guests can expect a comfortable stay amidst construction projects that occur between October and March. Looking ahead, a future construction project is planned to replace all oceanfront sliding doors in the building, starting with units in the 23 stack and progressing across the property with potential impacts on noise levels and accessibility during work periods.
