The bright and open floor plan offers incredible ocean views and includes a large living area with plenty of space to spread out and kick back after a fun-filled day on the beach. The dining table has seating for 6 and is the perfect spot to enjoy meals together while sharing stories of the day’s adventures. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the necessities of home and offers bar seating for 4. Step out onto the covered oceanfront deck to feel the ocean breezes, listen to the waves crash, and watch the dolphins swim by.

The oceanfront master suite bedroom includes a king bed, ocean views, direct access out to the deck, smart TV, and an attached bathroom with dual vanities plus a separate jetted tub and shower. Wake up and step right out your bedroom door to see the sunrise over the ocean. The queen master bedroom offers marsh views, direct access to the marsh side deck, and a full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The 3rd bedroom on the main level includes another queen bed and access to a private balcony overlooking the marsh. Head upstairs and you’ll find the loft offering 2 twin beds, ocean views, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace including a desk and monitor. Elevator reliable but not guaranteed. Kick back by one of two community pools, play an afternoon tennis match, or take a walk to the end of the Island to explore Mason’s Inlet, a natural shoreline filled with shells and island wildlife.

Parking instructions include 2 assigned parking spots in front of the garage labeled 3D, with parking passes required and provided on the kitchen counter. Pets are NOT allowed. Amenities include WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including bedding, bath, and beach towels. Beach cruiser bikes, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Sea Scape requires a signed rental agreement within 48 hours after booking. With a focus on excellent customer service, specific requests can be accommodated to make the booking process as easy as possible.
