In 2003, Randy Durow and his wife Dee Dee moved out of their first home and decided to renovate it rather than sell it. What began as a renovation of a single property quickly evolved into a clear philosophy. Randy Durow, who previously built and sold a successful software company, brought an operational mindset to the business, while his wife's design-forward approach shaped the guest experience. Together, this balance of systems and sensibility became foundational—every detail mattered, from the quality of mattresses and linens to the cohesion, flow, and livability of each space. The response was immediate, and what started organically grew into a carefully curated collection of homes defined by design, comfort, and consistency.

Today, Stay With Style Scottsdale represents a refined portfolio of residences located exclusively in Scottsdale, intentionally concentrated to allow for a highly hands-on approach.
