Kiawah Island Golf Resort's Osprey Point, rated one of the top courses in South Carolina by Golf Advisor in 2018 and 2022, offers a premier golfing experience. The course spans from the north side of the island to the south shore.
While it doesn't offer coastal views like the Ocean Course, Osprey Point incorporates more strategically placed water features to challenge players.
Starting Fees: Approximately $240 per round (cart included) for resort guests

4394 Hope Plantation Dr, Johns Island, SC 29455
The most player-friendly of Kiawah's five courses, Clyde Johnston's Oak Point is ideal for beginners and families. Oak Point Golf Club offers a thoughtfully designed Lowcountry golf experience set along the Kiawah River and Haulover Creek. Designed by Clyde Johnston, the course spans a former plantation landscape, blending rolling fairways, maritime forests, and scenic riverside finishing holes.
While it may not carry the oceanfront prestige of Kiawah’s more famous layouts, Oak Point stands out as a true shotmaker’s course—featuring undulating fairways, challenging greens, and water hazards in play on most holes, rewarding strategy and precision over power.
Starting Fees: Approximately $150–$250 per round (varies by season and resort access)
