Guests can enjoy the convenience of a gas grill, tankless water heater, fenced yard, outside shower, paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles. The property is equipped with smart TVs in the great room and all bedrooms, allowing guests to log into their personal streaming accounts. The house comfortably sleeps 10-11 guests, with four bedrooms located on the first floor and a master bedroom on the top floor.

On the ground floor, guests will find parking for 4-5 cars, a pool area with ample deck seating and an outdoor TV, a gas grill, an enclosed outside shower, and a fenced backyard. The first floor hosts a queen bedroom with a view of the ICW and marsh, a bunk-bed room facing the same view, a king bedroom overlooking the canal, and another queen bedroom with a canal view. The second floor boasts an open concept great room, dining area, and kitchen with expansive views and plenty of seating options. Additionally, there is a king bedroom with a stunning ICW view, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom complete with modern amenities. Guests requesting the use of the elevator will be required to pay a $200 refundable fee, while the option to heat the pool is available for an additional fee.
