About the Role

  • The 100 Collection™ is looking for a strategic Sales & Marketing Director to lead growth across our portfolio and partner destinations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building and data-driven marketing — someone who can open doors, close deals, and build the systems that make both repeatable.
  • You'll own our revenue and marketing strategy end-to-end: managing partner relationships, developing sales pipelines, overseeing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with our SEO specialist and content team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow our partner and destination portfolio
  • Own revenue targets and report on KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Identify new market opportunities in the short-term rental, travel, and lifestyle space
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and brand collaborations
  • Lead marketing initiatives across email, paid, organic, and social channels with clear KPIs for each
  • Own partner communication and guest email campaigns
  • Provide strategic direction to the SEO specialist, using working knowledge of organic search to guide priorities and interpret performance
  • Collaborate with social media, SEO, and brand team to ensure marketing aligns with storytelling strategy
  • Track and report on the full marketing and revenue funnel using both GA4 and CRM data
  • Manage relationships with existing partners and ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Hire, mentor, and grow a sales and marketing team as the company scales

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing leadership
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and hitting KPIs
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience building marketing automation
  • Proficiency in GA4 and the ability to build reports, track attribution, and translate data into strategic decisions
  • Working knowledge of SEO — enough to provide informed direction, interpret performance reports, and identify opportunities alongside a specialist
  • Understanding of content strategy and how editorial and on-page decisions affect organic traffic, site authority, and conversions
  • Experience building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Nice to Have

  • Background in travel, hospitality, or short-term rentals
  • Experience selling to property management companies
  • Familiarity with affiliate and influencer partnerships
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and how site experience affects conversion and retention

Compensation

$90,000 - $125,000
