About the Role
- The 100 Collection™ is looking for a creative, trend-savvy, and motivated Content Curator to help bring our brand and our partners' destinations to life across social media.
- This role is perfect for someone who understands how to create engaging travel and lifestyle content that feels inspirational and who is extremely trend-aware. In your day-to-day operations, you'll manage social media execution, curate and edit video content, build engaging reels and short-form videos, and help strategize creative content ideas even when raw assets are limited.

Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Produce reels, short-form videos, and static posts that align with brand standards
- Curate assets from partner brands, creators, and destinations into cohesive, on-brand content
- Develop creative concepts and story-driven video ideas — even when raw footage is limited
- Build monthly content calendars and support seasonal campaigns
- Monitor platform trends, audio trends, and algorithm shifts to keep content performing
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, and partner success teams on launches, promotions, and destination features
- Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships, creator collabs, and UGC-style content
Required
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong command of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content strategy
- Hands-on video editing experience for social (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
- Ability to craft compelling content from limited existing assets
- A sharp eye for aesthetics, visual storytelling, and travel/lifestyle branding
- Familiarity with social analytics and performance reporting
Nice to Have
- Background in short-term rentals, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle
- Experience with influencers, creators, or UGC campaigns
- Photography or light graphic design skills
- Experience planning and executing paid or organic social campaigns
Compensation
$40,000 - $60,000
