When Lino Maldano started out in the vacation rental industry, he was a guest services coordinator. Working at Wyndham, he spent his time visiting luxury homes, where he would check in on the guests and make sure everything was meeting their high-level expectations. His emphasis was always on enhancing the guest experience.
